ORDERS WITHIN NL AND THE UK: Your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 business days to the address you share or an alternate address if delivery is missed.
ORDERS WITHIN EU: Your parcel will be delivered within 5 business days to the address you share or an alternate delivery address if the delivery is missed. Occasionally, you may experience a longer delivery lead times due to different delivery carriers for different countries.
ORDERS FROM THE US: For the time being, we ship our orders to the US from The Netherlands. This means that delivery times are unfortunately not guaranteed, as we can’t estimate the time required for customs clearance. Not to fear, we are actively working on making FUL available in the U.S. for quicker and cheaper delivery of the bubbly blue.
At the moment, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in the Netherlands or in the UK. Occasionally, you may experience a longer delivery lead time.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE?
We are offering free shipping on all orders from the UK and the Netherlands for the time being. For orders delivered to other countries, a shipping fee will be applied.
The prices displayed at fulcompany.com include the statutory goods and value added tax (VAT) if any, but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge for each order will depend on the weight of your order and the destination. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

FUL is working with a large number of delivery partners across different markets. We always try to select the most sustainable option available to us.
In the Netherlands we work with Post.NLl, and in the UK with Yodel and Royalmail
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
However you may be able to modify or cancel your order within a short grace period after the order is confirmed.
